An iPhone app (or at least mobile phone optimized website) would be really helpful...sort of like, Chase, BofA, or PNC...but I like you much better.

This is a very commonly requested feature. Mobile is a priority for us in 2011. Please expect to see mobile features and optimizations next year. In the meantime, please feel free to share your thoughts on what specific features you feel would be valuable.
